Check-box + Close button = not closed
Hi.
When on the 'Requests' tab, it seems like I'm supposed to be able to check the check box to the left of an open case, and click the 'Close' button up near the top of the window to close that case.
However, when I do this (even though I comply with the little "Close Authorized" pop-up), it never closes the case....status remains 'Open'.
Of course, when I go in to close a case from within the case it self, it closes just fine; just not from the list.
How does this work for others?
