Create internal chat box to talk with requesters and create requests from there.
If it can be integrated with popular IM systems it will be just incredible!
This request was inspired by Google and SalesForce.com integration - there are Google talk gadget in left sidebar now.
Chat context (for history) can be picked from currently open ticket.
