Chats not seeing agent online

Chats not seeing agent online

Dear Community, 

Im doing testing and trial for servicedesk plus, installed in our premised and behind NGINX http reverse proxy. For portal access we dont have problem, but for chats i cannot see agent who is online and send messages. Is there any specific ports need to be forwarded or open in firewall to have the chat active ?
