Changing User details

Changing User details

I wish to update the details for all the requesters imported from AD, is there a easy way to do this? What i want to do is add First/Last Name Email, Dept, Phone and Job Title to the requesters details. I have these details on a excell spreadsheet, if i import from csv then will this override what we currently have?
