Changing MySQL root Password
Dear All,
I want to change the password for root user for SD+ MySQL database (since it could be treated as a security hole). I already have done it successfully using phpMyAdmin.
The problem is, what should I do with the SD+ MySQL datasource configuration file (mysql-ds.xml). I have tried to change the password attribute value to the new one. But I found a failure when starting up the ServiceDesk Plus server.
