Changing default mysql pass in applications manager 7

I am trying to change the default password of appmanager for the mysql database for Applications Manager 7. When i change all the passwords in the database , and the passwords in the config files, i can log into appmanager, but the page is blank. please get back with me asap on this.

the config files i am changing the pass in are:
working/mysql/my.ini:password="appmanager"
working/conf/MySQL/database_params.conf:password appmanager AppModules TopoDB-MapDB-EventDB-AlertDB-PollDB-PolicyDB-USERSTORAGEDB-ApplnDB
