I would like to ask for those who are familiar about changing database. I have Postgres backup and I want to restore it in new DB which is MS SQL, will this be possible to transfer the data or do I have to stick with Postgres?

I've tried it and it's giving me an error of "0 tables found...Please start and stop the server once and then try to restore t
he backup data..."
