Changing body of Clear Message

Apologies if this has been covered a lot but did a search and couldn't see it on the forums
I can change the content of the message body in an alarm message by using the variables supplied and free text - which is great
What I want to know is can I change the message body of the Clear message
At present its "Data Files Size is now back to normal, valuses..."
I would like to edit this to a simpler message which more matches the set alarms messages.
Is this possible?
