Changing Assets? How ?
We have a domain and it has been scanned into ServiceDesk as Workstations for each box. They are in there as an IT Asset.
Now, there are something like 38 machines on our domain that are not IT Asset's, they belong to another organisation who just log onto our domain.
Is there a way we can change the PC's to be Non - IT Asset's? We don't manage them and would like an accurate guage when asset reporting
