I have deployed OpManager at the mulitiple clients and Observed that it requires some additional changes. Please suugest me if there is any other workaround for the below mentioned queries.

WAN RTT

 

- Selection of router tab needs to be widen in Settings Tab while adding Link details as complete hostname does not appear in it

- Once we have set the threshold (upper limit and lower limit) and Notification profile there is no provision given to edit it once again

- The link added in Business view should show the green check box if it is available and should show red checkbox when unavailable at real time. Presently when we move the cursor on the link only then it shows its criticalilty and at the source router end it reflects as its crtical.
Now if the threshold also voilets for particular performance monitor still its shows red color at the business view for that particular source router.

- If there is any link between two swtiches we can't configure that as well even though we have the provision to set the SNMP community (ro & wr)string and IPSLA agent can also be enabled in it. The same goes for Firewall as well.

Business Views

- More customisation is required like if want to configure common business views for all the links there is no option to build it coz the other end is only the IP address. So if we want to create it, we need to add other end device as well. Suggest me if there is any other workaround for that.
