Changes in SysDescription in Device snapshot

Hi all,

I've the following situation here.

The firmware version of several devices appear in the Device Snapshot in the Sys Desc: field.

I recently performed an upgrade of firmware versions of 16 devices.
Though becoming a little essential for our maintenance the change of the firmware version isn't displayed anywhere.

I'm reluctant to delete/re-add the device since the last time I did something like that I lost the history for that device. I'm also a little afraid to do a Rediscovery of the device for no apparent reason.

Does anybody know if it's possible in anyway to retrieve the changed Sys Desc. and display the changes within the Device Snapshot?

Hope someone is willing to assist or give advice.
