Changes - Custom Notification Templates
The notification function of the Change service within SDPlus, in my mind, requires some additional enhancement.
One request in particular, is the addition of a "Custom Notification" feature. Change notifications need to be customizable, as many organization have their own workflows. The current Notification Rules section is fine the way it is; however, adding a new section in the "Problem / Change management" section that provides the below functionality is desireable.
1. Allow the add/edit/deletion of custom notification templates used for the various phases of change communication:
a. Assigning an Evaluator
b. Assigning a Technician
c. Assigning a Validator
d. Announcement of the change (maintenance) scheduling
