Hi,

Currently we are experiencing an issue within the Changes category.

When someone is added as an approver and clicks on Approve from the top right menu, the approver is still shown as "Pending Approval" within the  Level  1 : Level Created By Workflow Statement - Technical Approval

Also, at the bottom of the screen within the "Status Comments"  status is set to Approved as well. We cannot understand why one is allowed to also proceed to the "Implementation" while within  Level  1 : Level Created By Workflow Statement - Technical Approval  it still shows as "Pending Approval" as explained above.
