changeDBServer problem
Hi,
I have a problem changing the DB server. I want to use a MySQL data base stored on a different server.
I use changeDBServer.bat from the bin directory. After I enter the hostname and the port (3306 for the new db) if I press the test button, it woks ok, it says the connection it's ok but the ServiceDesk server won't start. I checked the log file and it says:
"Trying to start MySQL server failed ".
What should I do?
