I changed the domain policy to allow the user password to be changed in 0 days rather than 2 days but ADSelfService still shows minimum age of 2 days.  Why is it not updating after stopping and starting the service? 

I also did a gpupdate /force after making the policy change in Group Policy manager and then stopped and started the service for ADSelfService.
