Changed AD Password, now unable to login

I am using the community version of service desk to test our and recently changed my AD Password, now I am completely unable to login to SDP.
Tried this, with no luck

I included a sanitized version of serverout0.txt with the relevant part

All I did was change my password and now it looks like my Technician account is gone and unable to login. We don't have the local user anymore since we have Active Directory set up. I need to be able to reverse this and realign my AD account to the technician account that has always existed.
