Change View Sorted By Text Additional Field
When sorting the change view by an additional change field (type text) the change view through an error and the view broke.
Fishing round the foums I identified the personalizedViewMap rtable and removed the change entries and restarted servicedesk. This gave me back a default view but now I can't save changes to the view.
Any help would be much appreciated
