Change Traffic Utilization over threshold severity

Change Traffic Utilization over threshold severity

I'd like to change the severity for Traffic Utilization threshold alerts.

Currently these alerts are "Trouble" I'd like to change them to "Attention"

Can I do this, and if so, how/where do I do this ?
