change the wording in e-mail to notify to.....
The wording confuses my users they place their own e-mails here thinking they need to.
They don't realize this is to keep someone else in the loop

Change the wording to Other e-mail to notify or other people to notify.
I think it would be more clearer to the avg user whom we all know well you know.
