Change the subject automatially with the Summary information
Hi,
We need that our Helpdesk system communicate with an our partner Helpdesk system where we don't have any control.
The way this two systems work correctly is with the subject.
For example we open a ticket with
Subject: Test
and our partner return the ticket with changed subject:
Subject: Test - [0000000X]
This new information is maintained in the Summary but we need that the Ticket Subject change with this new one.
