CHANGE THE SERVILITY OF MAIL ALERTS
hi Opm guys,
We have a big business view for Opmanger.And i made custom monitoring of Network devices and i currently monitored link up-down status,interface traffic,response time,errors,discard ,temperature,cpu and memory utilization through opm.But i want to get categories the email alerts .For example
IN trouble ------should have packet Loss
IN Critical------should have Link down or sevice down status
IN Attention----should have temperature,Response time,errors,discard,cpu ,memory related alerts when exceed the threshold.
IN Clear----when everything goes ok
