Good day ServiceDesk Community,
I have different groups of Technicians with different Change management needs, and as such would like to control access to different Change Templates based on the group memberships or technician data.
For Example: My ERP Teams should only see my ERP templates, and my Infrastructure Team should only see my Infrastructure Template, and so on.
I found the attached screenshot when searching the help documents and forum - but I see that template access control for changes is only for the MSP version of ServiceDesk Plus - is this available via some other method inside ServiceDesk Plus - Cloud??
