Setting up a new change management instance. During my testing I am creating a task within a change request,

Problem is - I do no not get a notification that a task has been assigned to me. Task notifications work fine with incident requests. But nothing when creating a change task - requests tasks work fine. 

I have looked everywhere - where can I check to start receiving change request task notifications?
