I'm running SDP Build 9025. There are a number of tasks that were created and "Assigned" to a Support Group (using the "Mark / Assign" button). I'd like to modify some of those tasks to be "Marked" for a Support Group instead of being "Assigned".
Is this possible, or will I need to delete and re-create the individual tasks, and then re-add them and re-organize the various Service Requests and Incidents.
As an aside, it would be helpful, on the Task Template, to see what Service Requests and Incidents are linked to the template currently being viewed (perhaps as a separate tab...).
