Change Tag for the tickets

Change Tag for the tickets

Hello,

But default the ServiceDesk On Demand uses the tag ## on the tickets "Re: [Request ID :##$RequestId##]"
What we need to do to change this tag for ** for example '"Re: [Request ID :**$RequestId**]"

We already change all the reply templates and notifications, there's anything more that we need to do?
