Change Status on Technican reply only for Specify Support Group
Hello,
i have a question. We would like to have the "change status on a technician reply to "XX" only for a Specifiy Support Group. As we are working with many groups in the ServiceDesk and not all of them need the change of the Status when a Technican replys but they need the Status if they want to change it by hand, so "Request Life Circle" doenst help here.
Does anyone has an idea how we can get it done?
