Is there a way to change the status of an "approved" request when the technician replies to the requester asking for more info and the technician has manually changed the status of the approved request to "on hold"
when the request gets "approved", the status changed to "open" The technician manually puts the request "on hold" when they email the requester for more info.
Once the requester replies, we would like the status to automatically set to "open"
