change Status issue
We have added the "in progress" status to our list of "Change status too" drop down list.
In the admin section this clear says to keep the timer running, however when we apply this it closes the job rather than keeping the job open and showing the changed status. Subsequently we cannot see this when the shown filter is set to "My open or Unassigned".
