I was advised that, instead of having notifications littered all over my change workflows, I should just use the stage notifications. Can someone describe to me how to make that works? I cannot make the stage notifications send an email.

Yes, the change stage notification icon is orange but it sends nothing.

The only way I can send notifications is to specify a notification node.
