Change Request Status on Recieving an email

Change Request Status on Recieving an email

Hi,

We have enable the automated process in SD+ that informs the user that the request will be closed if they dont reply. What I am now finding is that we dont always see the nofications from SD+ that the requester has replied to the request.

Can anyone show us how we can change the status of a Request on the Recipet of an to a request?
