Change Request stage: customizing /adding text to the impact tab under planning - analysis

Hi

When raising a change request it has al the six stages. Un the planning tab there is an Analysis section which lists  impact, Rollout plan, Backout plan, check list etc. Is it possible to rename the name IMPACT and/or add extra information
