Change Opmanager admin port from port 80?

I found this article helpful in starting to get an answer to my question about changing the service port on Opmanager admin - we need to deliver regular web services for other private admin on port 80, thus must change the Opmanager service port. I did confirm that I have such a changeWebServerPort.bat file in the /bin directory.

The captioned article warns at the end (actually another user warns): "Don't forget to change it in the ServicePortal settings too :) "

OK, so where do I change the 'ServicePortal Settings'? Searching on that term alone netted me only this one article. Looking around the extensive menu system did not reveal to me any obvious choices.
