Change notification fixes in 7013
Is one of the areas worked on relating to the messages with subject line

Approved by $ApprovalSentTo
Just after 7013 I'm getting change notification messages being sent with those as the actual subjects.
Do we need to go back into the nofications and rebuild them to fix this post applying the service pack?
