Hi, Team,

as you have "Alert(or Notify) technician by e-mail when there is a new reply for the request." in Request Notification Rules, it would be nice to have something similar on Change notification (Notify Change Owner/Change Manager instead of the technician.

It would also be great to use notification triggers for changes as there are with request notifications (or as an Execute Action on change triggers).
