I would like Change Tickets to be able to be "Closed" with a status other than completed; ie Abandoned or Cancelled or Not Successful (Rolled back)

Currently when you close a Change Ticket it sets the status to completed, but if the change was abandoned (or any of the other options above) it was not completed. I could delete the ticket, but this does not allow me to then track the number of changes not implemented.

Is there a solution to this already? if not, can this be added as a feature request.
