Change Management vs. CMDB
I've heard a lot about CMDB being included in ServiceDesk Plus 8.1 . Is that the same function that is Change Control in 8.0 Enterprise Edition? The online beta is Plus, and it has some of the Change requests in it.
This is probably a simple question, but I am having a difficult time understanding the difference between CMDB and Change Control.
