Change Management: Is it possible to block out dates on the Calendar?
We actively use the Change Management feature. We would like to know if it is currently possible to block dates on the calendar so that when technicians are submitting change request tickets that they are prevented from selecting dates that have been blocked.
If this is not possible, can we make this a feature request?
