In the recent upgrade to 11203 the workflow editor in Change Management changed a lot. Where do we go to modify the settings regarding approval levels for CABs? We have multiple levels configured on a workflow and now we can't find the setting to modify this.

Also my management wants to have all the levels visible at once, rather than the next level only visible after the previous level sends for recommendations and approves. Is this possible in the new version?
