When creating a change the Scheduled Start and Scheduled End time default to the current timestamp when you go into change it. Once the Start time is set to a time in the future (as would be the case with most scheduled changes), when attempting to then set the End time we're met with excessive warnings about how the end time cannot be before the Start time.

This is a real annoyance. This warning should not occur until one actually attempts to SET the date/time they intend to set. It should not warn the user for each change they make (e.g. simply selecting a specific hour or minute).
