Hello.  We are exploring the CMDB module and am wondering if there is a way to add a notes section that technicians can use for changes they make that do not qualify for a CAB.  Better yet, add the Comments feature to the CI so that techs can be @ tagged for the particular CI/object.

Does anyone have a work-around they came up with?
