Change - Implementation Section

The Implementation section is somewhat redundant with regard to Task Details and Work Log Details. I think the Task Details is fine the way it is; however, the information should feed into the Work Log Details.
 
For example, I complete a task and update the Task Details with the Actual Start Time & Actual End Time; however, I need to enter the Executed Time & Time Taken To Resolve in the Work Log Details... This is redundant...
 
Enhancement:
 
1. Automatically create a Work Log when Task is complete
  a. Validate that Actual Start Time is complete
  b. Validate that Actual End Time is complete
  c. ONLY create a Work Log with Status is set to Closed
  d. Link the Work Log to the Task, so that updates to the Task are reflected in the Work Log
 
2. Work Log Calculated Fields
  a. Technician => Task:Owner
  b. Executed Time => Task:Actual End Time - Actual Start Time
