Change display settings just for remote sessions

Is there a way to change the display settings in Desktop Central on the workstations I remotely manage, without affecting the users display settings.
Some users have changed their display settings to allow for larger fonts.  This causes an issue when I remote in, the bottom of the screen is cut off and I am unable to click on anything correctly.  As you can see from the image.
