A "day" view option on the change calendar with a gantt chart view based on scheduled start and end dates would serve to identify overlapping changes and identify any potential conflicts if they overlap. It would be useful during change advisory board meetings to deconflict changes that were scheduled during the same day and time. ServiceNow also has this functionality as shown below.
