Change Availability to Up when in Maintenance can't be saved

Change Availability to Up when in Maintenance can't be saved

If I select the checkbox under the Global Settings/Change Availability to Up when in Maintenance and save the changes and then browse to a different page and then back to the Global Settings the Change Availability to Up when in Maintenance checkbox is unchecked.
