Change Approver Dynamically

Change Approver Dynamically

Is it possible to:
1. Change the request approver based on an input from the form?
Ex. CustomField1=Needs Email so then Set Approver=Email Admin

2. Populate the 'Select Approvers' field based on input from the form?
