Is there any way for a user entering a Change Request to manually select the Approvers for the change?

Said another way, is there any way for a user entering a Change Request to deviate from the Approval configured in the Change Workflow?

Our current process allows a requester to manually select the approvers of a change request and we are trying to achieve the same functionality in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.
