We are looking at ways to automate the Change process as its quite admin intensive at the moment.

Firstly I would like to put the onus back on to line managers to approve the content of a CR at the submission stage and then automatically push the CR on to the next level, is this possible?

Also is there a way in which you can configure the workflow, so that if all CAB members have approved the CR that it moves the status straight to Approve?
