Change Approval N/A, no calendar view
I have been implementing the Change Managment in the system. I'm having problems with the approvals. When I select standard the approval works great, system generated, and gets sent to the change calendar. But when i try the Major Change Type, and the approvals get sent, and approved, it does not update the approval status on the change itself (approval status : N/A) and does not go to the calendar.
Any help on this one would be great.
