Change Status Actions list - Feedback and Enhancement requests

The Change record Status Actions list is a great feature that allows us to explain to the Technician what they are doing by changing the Status.  I want to suggest a couple of adjustments that would enhance our user experience.  

Enhancement request 1
Build 9003 behaviour:
The Status Actions list seems to have a 20 character display limit applied to the Status Actions listed. Even concise 'Actions' (i.e. "Submit for next Stage" or "Request more information") are cut off and the user must hover their cursor over the list to read the entire item.
 
Enhancement suggestion:
Increase the Status Actions list item character limit to 30 characters.  



Enhancement request 2:
Build 9003 behaviour:
If you do not configure a Status Action for a Status Name because:
  • going to that Status will always be the result of a Workflow automation (i.e. the previous stage is 'Approved' and moves to this Status automatically), and 
  • you would never want a user with 'Edit' permissions on the Stage to be able to manually set this Status....
...the Status Actions list does not exclude the ability to chose the Status Action, but uses the Status Name instead.  

We have worked around this by entering a "-" dash character as the Status Action for those Statuses we do not want a Status Action to exist for.

Enhancement suggestion:
(could be considered closely related to the "Request 3" item in Pitstop post https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/change-roles-bravo-feedback-and-enhancement-requests)

...do not list a Status Action item for the Status Name if one is not configured (i.e. do not substitute the Status Name if the related 'Status Action' field is left blank in 'Problem/Change Management' 'Stage and Status' configuration).
