Challenge scenario of an asset in the hands of 3 people!

Consider this important scenario:
Three users A, B and C use the same system)Asset)  in 24-hour shifts. (because security personnel/support experts must be on duty 24 hours a day)
In ServiceDesk Plus, only one person owns that asset, and if the asset status is changed to "in use", only one person's name can be selected.
Therefore, after that, only requests from user A are recorded on that Asset, and there is no trace of requests from user B and C on that asset. Because they do not own asset.
On the other hand, it is not possible to change the asset owner every day and every 8 hours, because it is a wasteful, repetitive and time-consuming task.
What is your solution to this issue?
